Great location next to Gloucester rd train station. There was no soap in the shower, found a bit of rubbish on the floor, a bit run down in the far back hall, where they put us.

Appalling. When I entered my room I was greeted with a portable ac unit. This was not explained so there more looked like the ac didn’t worked. This then caused my evening to be ruined with an incredibly loud unit keeping me awake. Then followed by the phone ringing at 11:30 for absolutely no reason. Overall I will never visit again and will look to be refunded

Great hotel in West London

A great value

Place is a great value, as accommodations were perfectly nice and we found a good offer. Housekeeping was hard to come by, however. We went three out of six days without service. Housekeepers had very little English. Security was excellent.

The hotel is fine we have stayed there before. But the rooms are a bit jaded .no biscuits withthe tea +coffee though there is complimentary water . Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Staff are all very good and helpful.

The fire alarms in the rooms flash a red light all night, which is standard, apparently, well at least that what I was told when I asked for a partial refund because I had had a bad nights sleep as a result. I did not get back from the talk I went to until after 11 but I should have moved rooms in the middle of the night and as I didn't, that's on me. I was not even offered my breakfast as comp. Carpets in the rooms are old and the rooms are stuffy. It's an uneasy stay. The saving grace is most of the staff are friendly and professinal.
