We enjoyed our stay and found all staff very approachable, they have excellent customer service skills. Only cons: The pillows were not great, and it was a bit tricky to make the room comfortable temperature at night (it was too cold, and the heater was a bit loud) but for us it’s not a deal breaker. It might be important to know for sensitive sleepers. However, we liked the location a lot and the customer service. The property is nice and clean. The toiletry is very pleasantly scented. The TV worked fine and the water in the shower was good pressure and temperature. I would return again!

We stayed at the Millennium hotel due to its location. We found it easy to connect to train, and walkable to several area sites we planned to visit. The room was clean (with a small exception of the waste basket was not emptied when we arrived from the previous guest- yet the room otherwise was pristine). the hotel was quiet too- I would highly recommend this to others in the future.

Honestly, the room was the worst part of our stay. It was on the 2nd floor (listed 1st floor), and while the space itself was nice, it had a strong mildew or moldy smell. For such a nice hotel, that was disappointing. The shower head was also broken, causing water to spray everywhere. I really wanted to like this place since it’s extremely close to the metro, and the staff were wonderful. Housekeeping did an excellent job and worked very efficiently. There are plenty of shops nearby, a casino downstairs, and free water refill station— all great perks. Unfortunately, the room itself just didn’t do it for us. I wanted to rate it higher but if you want my honest opinion the moldy smell in the room ruined all the great things about this, could have been a great stay hotel.

Quality hotel with spacious room, queen bed and quiet. Central location just a few yards from tube station and restaurants, so very convenient. Staff were all helpful. Nice buffet breakfast with good selection of coffee. Suggestion for future is to price upgrades to include VAT.

My room , carpet, had a wet smell. I stayed out all day so it really didn’t bother me too much, although I expect better. Check in desk agents were all very friendly. Otto and Daniel ( concierge and doorman) were outstanding. All in all, a great place to stay. Very well located. I will return.

This is a great hotel and most similar to a US hotel. There are other properties nearby that I prefer for long stays, but this is a great location for a a 1-4 night stay. The tube is very close and there are plenty of dining options. My family really enjoyed the opportunity to take tea in the afternoon.

The little things added up

Stayed at Gloucester station area before but this was first time at this hotel. Value for price based on size of room, pay when checking in, and other amenities. However, this was offset by many small frustrations such as lack of heat, no outlets near bed, operator never answered phone, luggage not placed in room after advance tip, concierage unknowledgeable, late housekeeping, insufficient hangers. They seemed overwhelmed by convention-goers. Will change location and hotel next time.
