Stayed 3 nights in 3 different rooms because of the water leaks; poor maintenance of the building. First room had a leak from the roof, they changed our room. Second room’s bed was soaking wet, had to change our room again (couldn't reach the staff, had to stay awake until 1:30am for the room change). Ruined our night. We literally had pack and unpack everyday. Recommend you not to stay and ruin your trip.

Never stayed before at a non staffed hotel but was pleasantly surprised. If there was a problem you could contact by WhatsApp. Rooms were really clean and the hotel was in a good location. Would stay there again.

Good hotel in a central area of London with easy access to the Underground station at Tottenham Court Road. The room was spacious and comfortable but was let down by housekeeping. Beds weren't made and towels weren't replaced in the bathroom which for 4* accommodation at this price was disappointing. Gail's cafe and bakery next door give 30% discount if you're staying at Numa and the breakfast there can be highly recommended.

A gem of a hotel

I LOVE THIS HOTEL! This was the second part of my stay and it was just as outstanding as my initial visit. I was apprehensive about the no contact check-in, etc, but I was assisted every step of the way. I needed help scanning my passport and the online support was outstanding. And there are actually staff available once you're in the hotel and they're very helpful. My room was on the 4th floor both times and were very comfortable with wonderful amenities. Also, you can't beat the location!! There's gelato, coffee, a pub and a movie theatre right on your doorstep, and Gail's next door to tempt you at breakfast and lunch. There's a bus stop and you're only a few blocks from the Tottenham Court Road tube stop. Waterstone's books and a Muji store just down the way. I had an awesome stay x 2 at Numa London Bloomsbury and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel is well located and convenient to transportation (when it's operating) I had the bad luck to visit during a tube strike, so I ended up relying on buses. Not ideal for getting to all the places I'd planned ro visit. I wish there had been at least one person at check in and check out. I understand the personnel cost savings translate to lower room charges. But this is bit extreme.

Great location, easy access from Heathrow. However my check-in was delayed which was rough after a red-eye flight. There was also a water leak in the hallway after rain. Talking to staff via app was sometime difficult and but most issues got resolved.

The property is in an ok location. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. They do provide an essentials closet for towels, toilet paper, etc. the luggage storage is useful, if there is space. Definitely recommend to travel light. We had one question and the staff was very friendly and responded quickly.

Overall a decent stay for the price. A few issues did take away from the overall experience - there is absolutely no sound proofing in the room. If you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in, I’d probably suggest elsewhere. The creaking and banging from the level above was almost unbearable. Our hand towel holder broke and the TV didn’t work, both minor issues. The virtual assistant is useless. Otherwise, bed comfort, location, cleanliness, access to the cafe and umbrellas was excellent.
