The location is okay. It is about a 8 minute walk to the tube. The room itself is tiny. Very tight when it is more than one person. The TV wouldn’t work in our room which was a bummer since we wanted to enjoy British tv at the end of our day. The room did smell clean when we walked in but the rug although it might have been clean looked ran through. It is important to mention that check in IS NOT on the Eaton Townhouses, so when our key wouldn’t work we had to walk all the way to the Beverly hotel to get it fixed which sucked after a long day. Overall it was okay, I do not believe it was worth the 200+ dollars for a night.
The listing should make clear that the check-in is a 5 minute walk from the actual hotel. Aircon didn't work, only two thin pillows for two guests, towel fibres seemed to disintegrate when drying.
We really liked staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it. It’s about 3 minutes’ walk from Victoria so ideal for this making train connections. Super friendly staff at check in. The room was very well appointed and spotlessly clean.
Great little hotel. No front desk though. You have to check in and pick up your key at another hotel a few blocks away. The rooms are very tiny. But we only used it for sleeping anyways. So, we didn't mind. It was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Be aware that check-in is in a different location than the hotel. About a 5 mins. walk from one another. The room was smallish but not cramped. It was clean and had tea and coffee, milk, tea cups and saucers etc. - all the little touches. Bathroom was modern and clean. At night the area was quiet. I walked to Victoria Station to get the train to Gatwick Airport in under 10 mins. The play "Wicked" is playing in a nearby theatre. I also walked to the V&A Museum in about 30 mins even though I took a wrong turn but you go through some great areas with upscale shops, beautiful homes etc.
The shower was fantastic and lots of restaurant’s nearby. That was the only thing that was good about the property. The rugs were dirty to the point. I left my socks on, coffee stains on the wall, register four blocks away, and had to shut the bathroom door so you could get around the bed.
Loved the location. Very close to the West End theatres & a lot of local shops & restaurants. Also within walking distance of Buckingham Palace & Victoria Station. The room was perfectly sized for me & my friend, & we enjoyed the street view from the window. There were three "hand wash/body wash" containers & one conditioner container in the shower, not sure if one of those was supposed to be shampoo. The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear the people next to us while trying to sleep, which is something to be aware of. Overall, nice, quaint, & clean.

Excellent location
The location was excellent for the Apollo Victoria theatre. In fact it was quicker to go back to our room during the interval than queue for the loo.
The room was small and the carpet was a bit tired. Check in is in a different hotel, but it's just a 2 minute walk.
Overall, this hotel was top value for money and perfect for one night stay.

I liked the location and how many dining options there are.
The staff are helpful and nice.
On the hottest day of the year I was a little anxious about this booking being a tiny swealtering box room. I was pleasantly surprised with a perfectly adequate size, clean, comfy and with air con! Absolutely spot on, and location great too!
Couldn't get TV to work but would have only watched 10mins before I fell asleep so no big deal, but would be good to get sorted

I loved the place as it is what I need. The only problem that the reception is not in the facility but the staff are amazing, cooperative, and very responsive. The surrounding area is very viable. I recommend it
Unless you read the guest reviews it’s not obvious you have to check in at the sister hotel which is a 5 minute walk away. Once booked you get a messages the day before to inform you, late at night this was an unwelcome addition to my day. When I got to my room it was a basement room which I guess is ok, but the carpet looked very soiled. The decor was clean and contemporary but I guess the refurb did not include the carpet so I covered it in the towels provided.
The room was also freezing with the radiator turn off so I had to turn this on and also use the A/C in the room to heat the space. Day 2 and the A/C stopped working, being a remote location from reception its not easy to complain so I used the WhatsApp on the key card and did not get a response. A cold night!
Additionally there is no heating in the bathroom and the floor is tiled on concrete so quite a shock in bare feet.
The rooms look smart on the website and are well equipped and compact, I just had a very cold experience.
