The hotel was great for my friends and I on our girls trip! It was very convenient with restaurants, the tube, and walkable to some common spots! The little shop with waters, snacks, and coffee was a life saver when stores were closed! The employees are nice, check in/out was easy, and overall was great. Only complaint was that the AC in our room would not go past 75 so we were quite hot sometimes!

No windows in their first-class room

Be aware: paid for ‘first class’ room - there was NO WINDOW. Customer service very poor. I would avoid any hotel without a window, yet was sold a room with a photograph clearly displaying a window and curtains. This room was pretty much their top price point other than a suite. Had to move to a smaller room, as I couldn’t stay in an internal room, especially given Yotels choice of very dim lighting. I have tried to contact the hotel multiple times for a refund of the price difference between the two rooms and have been completely ignored. Will have to pursue small claims now, which is a total waste of my time.
