Room smelled very strong odors -appeared clean, but my first impression smelled like pot and cleaner every time I walked into the room The bathroom layout was difficult-the space between the toilet and the sink cabinet was around 7 inches so there was quite the physical maneuver just to use the toilet- hot my knees a few times The breakfast was not great. It was instant every thing, including the eggs and sausage, clearly frozen clearly old. Fresh fruits (apples oranges) on the older side except the bananas. Lots of items out of stock each morning- if you don’t get there first thing, I guess you just don’t get to eat it. Parking is challenging, not impossible but very difficult with even a small Rav 4 car. I had to park on the street two of my four nights and walk to the hotel. Bed was decent pillows were decent. I did not have my room serviced. I just went and asked for fresh towels, so I cannot comment about that the morning of day 2 I had to go search out for Kleenex and toilet paper because the room was out wasn’t even there for 12 hours Overall, the staff was very kind, but the room was not ideal and you really do go there for the room

BED BUGS

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and before I was leaving to check out I saw bed bugs crawling around. The hotel was disgusting and had a weird smell. There is mold throughout the hotel. The walls are paper thin. I notified the staff of bed bugs and they offered no compensation. Would never stay here again.

A great quick stay

Very friendly and responsive staff! We got a friendly greeting, clear instructions on parking, and the breakfast had good options and things were replenished quickly. We had an issue with the toilet continuously running in our room and they responded and fixed it within 45 minutes. A great value and recommended.

Don’t get the jet tub suite.

I picked the suite with the jet tub. For the sole purpose of using it before bed. It did not work. The front desk said that all they can do is let maintenance know in the morning. That was not helpful especially since we had a long night and planned to sleep in. I paid extra for the jet tub suite when I could’ve paid less. I was robbed.
