Our stay at Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with stunning ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. What truly made this stay exceptional was the staff — every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to make us feel valued and taken care of. The food options were plentiful and delicious, with something for everyone, and the restaurants and bars were consistently excellent. The amenities were top-tier, from the pools and beach access to the entertainment and activities. Everything was well organized, fun, and easy to enjoy without feeling crowded or rushed. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. The desert had no taste. The ice cream was good. The hotel had no WiFi . The smart tv don’t work.Some amenities that you expect at the resort wasn’t there . I do understand the had the storm a month and half ago . We booked vacation before this happened. I feel we should have been compensated in some way . We got early at the resort check in is 3 pm. We didn’t get our room until 2 hours later.
