Staff are understandably going through a lot but their is just no excuse for how bad their behavior was day after day. Irritable, would act like we were putting them out if we asked for a drink at the lobby bar and no matter how many times I tried speaking with prestige club (we are members) the manager never called us back or dealt with any of the situations we reported. Mutiple elevators were still not working when we left

The Hotel had a Wow factor the minute you entered the recption area. Rented an Ocean view room very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were excellent. The resturant food was good you did not have to worry about bottled water because they had an excellent purification system. There were plenty of things to do if you had kids they had games for them as well. The staff were very polite and helpful. Overall an excellent experience.

Staff were fantastic and overcooked red meat at the buffet could be overlooked considering all the available food choices at the resort. Rooms were cleaned every day and we always had extra towels at our disposal. Would definitely recommend if you enjoy a relaxed and laid back vacation with good entertainment for kids and adults. I’d stay here for the beach views, staff and variety of activities and entertainment.

Everything was perfect, I really have no other words but PERFECT. From the upgraded room (for our honeymoon) to the restaurants to the activities to the spa and kitty cat rescue house Everything was Perfect. I couldn't have asked or hoped for anything else. The staff were friendly. The pools were relaxing. The food was good for the most part. Some of the fruit was frozen and thawed not fresh. Definitely visit the ice cream shop! Despite the recent hurricane we had a great time! Entertainment team was lit, rooms were cleaned spotless each day, and food was mostly delicious! Perhaps the biggest drawback that we had was the “timeshare” sales pitch they had us sit through for an hour-hour and an half after our first night there. If you’re not interested in that, decline the free breakfast!

Room was very clean. Wait staff and entertainment crew were very polite and courteous. had 2 rooms on one booking and they roomed us so far apart. we were on different blocks. Tried asking for a change and they said that was it. They couldn't do much because we booked with a third party. Crazy that they treat us like 2nd class because we didnt book directly with the Hotel. They front desk staff gave us the run around, so we just let it be.
