Staff was extremely courteous and professional. Also, room was very clean and I was quite pleased with my accommodations. The only critique I offer is that even though I had made sure to place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door to indicate that I did not wish for housekeeping to enter my room while I was out for the day (as I had been instructed to do by the front desk upon check-in) they nevertheless did enter in my absence which I discovered upon my return later that evening, with the "Do Not Disturb" sign placed on the interior of the door, as if I had never hung it on the exterior face of the door. Perhaps there is a better way to communicate with housekeeping should a short-term guest prefer not to have anyone enter the room during their stay.

Nice room and pleasant staff. The gym was great and the breakfast delicious- nice to get together with family in the morning. One issue I had was in the bathroom with the very slippery floors. You placed us in a handicapped room and I was very surprised to see how slippery the floors were in the bathroom. also, our key card did not work in the morning after we ate breakfast, and despite having it reset once at the front desk, it still didn’t work; fortunately housekeeping, let us in our room.

A nice clean hotel a very short walk from the Main St-Flushing stop. I stayed in suite which big, clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that some of the front desk staff could friendlier. The guy that checked me in was sort of gruff.

Great hotel, booked 2 bedrooms suite for five days family trip, spacious rooms, clean, more like a four star hotel, under ground parking for 30$/day, reasonable in NYC, staff clean and detailed my car for a small fee. Amazing Front desk staff help me set things up quickly when I brought their meeting room for an odd hour international conference call. Also love the gym, laundry facilities and vending machines, 5 minute walk to everything, will definitely come back again.

The staff was great always helpful with a smile and the room was very clean. Bed is comfortable and soft.. This place is clean, smells good and festives and to top it the complimentary wine each stay.. i will definitely recommend and stay again.

The only issue I was not impressed with was the parking. I felt uncomfortable leaving my vehicle there, so I parked somewhere else. The parking lot offered by the hotel was dimly lit, dirty and reminded me more of a “chop shop”.
