Sharing everything they don’t tell you!! The rooms are a bit out dated. They look like the photos as advertised. But everything else here makes up for it! The sheets are clean, the towels are very large, and the bathroom provides wash, conditioner and shampoo if needed. The complimentary breakfast is better than any hotel I’ve stayed at. Omelet line, mickey waffle line, on top of a buffet line for eggs, cereal, yogurt, sausage, etc.. From 5pm-6:30pm there is complimentary happy hour and snacks. Yes. Free beer and cocktails for an hour and a half everyday. The free snacks are also buffet style. Popcorn, pretzels, chips and salsa, veggies with ranch or hummus and more. The pool: very warm. Kiddie pool is very cold. Basketball court, pool table, ping pong, corn hole: at or behind the pool. They also play a movie at night on a projection screen at the pool every night. Staff is very nice. - worth the money.

It was nice for the kids because of the water park. Scott in the pool bar was awesome, room floor plan, Did not like that being Hilton the room had rusty tub, caulking was horrible , cleaning could be better, shuttle needs to return later due to fire works at park, we missed the shuttle, parking fees, resort fees aren’t necessary. Hotel is not on an island , in a park or surrounded by water. Food was great, best burger, breakfast was delicious.

The bartender left quite a bit to be desired. I ordered a drink on Thursday night and it was the worst frozen daiquiri I have ever had! Outside of that and the cleaning staff leaving cleaning supplies in our room on every occasion that they came, the stay was good!

We stayed here again, as we always do every time we visit Disney. As usual the stay was outstanding. We are always welcomed by the staff and made to feel more like family than guests. The room was perfect, the facilites clean as always, and the breakfast perfect. We have started extending our trips to include days at the hotel because we enjoy it so much. The cocktail hour is great and the poolside food is awesome too. The location of the hotel is perfect as well, its right near the outlets and all of the new restaurants in the area. We love staying here, and will continue to do so as much as we can.

The complimentary drinks and snacks from 5pm-6:30pm is very nice! The poolside is always nice but the inside of the building and rooms are just average. I think it's overpriced for a hotel that's not kept up to date. It looks wore out especially the rooms. The staff are nice but the bartender just seem unhappy.

This resort is in a convenient location, near shopping centers and many restaurants. The pool was clean and everything is in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are a bit outdated.

Wonderful property! Excellent dining options, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and more. Loved our exterior room overlooking the pool area! If visiting for Disney, consider back up transportation. Shuttle service is limited. And Disney knowledge in general was limited during our stay. Overall, great property and we plan to stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend as a family of five. Our suite was generously sized, we enjoyed the free shuttle to Universal, and the free breakfast buffet was fantastic. The pool was a little chilly but large and clean. Plenty of deck chairs and towels included. All the food we had was great and reasonably priced. The staff was helpful and responsive. Recommend this stay!

Rooms need renovation. Ice machines are not conveniently located and the one closest to our room was broken had to travel to Gazebo for ice. Television did not work and had issues with connectivity for WiFi. Parking is $25 a night. All the food was good from the grill and the complimentary breakfast. Pool was not heated everyone was shivering. Bathrooms very small. Bedding had holes in it. Carpet and drywall was peeling. We were very disappointed with our stay.
