Very nice hotel super close to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet and staff were good as well. The room has no carpet, which for me is a huge bonus for cleanliness! The rooms are up to date and nice.

The place was decent however… I called 3 separate times to make sure a pack and play was in my room before i got there .. i explained my plane was going to be arriving late around midnight so I wanted it set up so that my 6 month old could sleep… I called before booking and they said it be no problem Booked and then confirmed 2 weeks prior had them make a note 3 days before the trip double checked “yup no problem it will be in the room” We get there around 1 am… and no pack & play.. 1st they couldn’t find one.. then they did.. by 3ish am.. we didn’t go to bed til around 4 am.. super disappointed Then they left a magic eraser in our shower ugh. The staff were pleasant however there needs to be more communication between day shift / night shift it seems.. because the pack & play issue sucked.

With only 2 shuttle drivers trying to serve 6 hotels the shuttle wait was ridiculous. The noise outside our hotel room was loud all night long making it difficult to sleep, snd worse yet, the shuttle driver gave one of our suitcases to another passenger causing us strife and unnecessary stress, and we almost missed our flight. It has been a week and we are still waiting for our suitcase to be delivered even though it was found by the hotel shuttle manager by the time we were boarding our plane. I would have preferred it be sent overnight as it had needed medication in it. Thankfully we had extra at home. We will not ne staying at this hotel again.
