The reception staff were so accommodating and friendly. Our flight had been delayed by 5 hours which resulted in is landing at the airport at closing time. The trains were no longer running and taxis were scarce. Which meant that we would arrive well after the last check in time. We notified the hotel and the staff responded that they would let us check in once we had arrived. Thank you for being so helpful and end our horrid travel day on a nice note.

Staff is super efficient ! We arrived at 2pm. Were told that check-in time is at 3pm. We rested at the lobby and by 2:30pm, we were able to Check-in. Thanks to the housekeeping team. The bedroom is very spacious, 2 queensized bed with all basics, incl. hair curlers, charger, table lamp. There is a box at the reception to collect “used clothes”~ for recycling!! Buffet breakfast was fantastic, staff at the cafe is very friendly. The cafe is very clean n cosy. Location: 2 mins. Walk to the nearest subway entrance but a long walk to the station. Check-out was a beeeze.

Great hotel

Loved it there. The rooms are nice, comfortable. It is quiet even if it’s near Dotombori. It was easy to move around from the Hotel. The staff was super nice. I highly recommend it.

the hotel is between Shinsaibashi metro and Nagaborihashi metro and there is an entrance/exit (south 5) near the underground shopping walkway between the 2 stations walkable to Shinsaibashi suji and Dotonburi with maybe eateries and shopping only downside is probably the size of the room, with the mini corridor in the room. barely any space to open the luggage

The location of the hotel is great, very close to all the places you would want to visit in Osaka. It’s a bit of a trek getting to from the Kansai Airport but once you understand the metro system it’s manageable. The rooms are small but very clean. There was a large selection of toiletries provided in the hotel lobby ranging from hair masks, bath soaks and curling irons. The staff were friendly and very eager to help.
