Great hotel

Loved it there. The rooms are nice, comfortable. It is quiet even if it’s near Dotombori. It was easy to move around from the Hotel. The staff was super nice. I highly recommend it.

the hotel is between Shinsaibashi metro and Nagaborihashi metro and there is an entrance/exit (south 5) near the underground shopping walkway between the 2 stations walkable to Shinsaibashi suji and Dotonburi with maybe eateries and shopping only downside is probably the size of the room, with the mini corridor in the room. barely any space to open the luggage

The location of the hotel is great, very close to all the places you would want to visit in Osaka. It’s a bit of a trek getting to from the Kansai Airport but once you understand the metro system it’s manageable. The rooms are small but very clean. There was a large selection of toiletries provided in the hotel lobby ranging from hair masks, bath soaks and curling irons. The staff were friendly and very eager to help.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Walking distance to dontobori and there were many eateries around the area with several convenient stores within walking distance too. It is also near shopping districts like Shinsaibashi Suji. The best is that I can access Shinsaibashi station via lift if i have my luggage with me. The lift is just round the corner of the hotel. Rooms were very clean. They also provide free skincare products such as toner, cleanser, moisturiser, sun screen, and bath salt for soaking. It had been a wonderful 5-day stay. I would definitely choose Sotetsu Fresa Inn Osaka-Shinsaibashi again if i were to make another trip to Osaka.

Given the budget price I was afraid I had booked a subpar hotel. However; everything was clean, plenty of amenities, on location vending machines/washer/dryers and a breakfast buffet. No surprise room entries from the staff either. Room was small but totally serviceable for my needs especially for the price. Will stay again if I'm ever back in Osaka.

This was the only hotel we’ve stayed in Osaka and we would prefer this hotel again the next time we visit. The staff and service feels top notch. Feels modern as well where check in and check out is easy via the machine. This hotel also provides the most options of amenities. I didn’t need any of these during my stay but I would have borrowed: curling iron, mobile charger, air purifier, or wheelchair. The usual amenities are provided as well like the toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc. These amenities aren’t in the room, but they’re provided at the front desk. The beds are definitely as-advertised quality. They’re soft and not too firm. If I remember, we did get double but it felt spacious for my fiancé and I. It was also advertised that the water is quality too. It felt like it, but not sure it’s because of the signs I see all around for it. The room is small, but still has small walkways to walk around. The luggage we had takes half the hallway space. There’s a mini closet and the bathroom is small and felt like an airplane bathroom. The location of the hotel is really close to shopping in Shinsaibashi with all the luxury stores. It’s a 10-15 min walk from Dotonbori. We didn’t go on a train, but it’s near a Shinsaibashi train station. There’s also a 7-11 on the same block less than a minute away. Overall, we like this hotel and highly recommend. I’d even consider other hotels of this chain in any area of Japan they’re located in.
