Still love to come back

We love it overall; however, it is very noisy for the ACor heat. The ventilation is not very good in the bathroom. Service is great! 😃 Love the games. Very convenient location! House keeping staff are very well trained and friendly.

Nice hotel, great location. Comfy beds, very clean. Excellent staff. Only complaint is that it is loud in the mornings. Not great if you want to sleep in past 6:00. Otherwise, we loved it here and would definitely stay again!

One of the hotels I would return too every day.

The hotel is in great condition and the staff are all friendly. The pool is great too. Then the location close to the wharf is so convenient. Would be happy to go back any time

Good location but watch out for “destination fee”

The hotel was clean and perfectly located to several attractions! However i was not expecting an additional “destination fee” of $50/night for amenities that are standard at other hotels.

AVOID!! Warning! Just check reviews on deposits!

If you like hotels to keep your deposits and not release them, then this is the hotel for you. !!! Checked out 18 days ago, and I needed to contact them-to get my money back - bearing in mind I booked 4 rooms so paid deposits on each room (not including hotel taxes) emailed them 4 different days (no response) Called them 6 times every department says you need to speak with front desk - when they transfer you, front desk hang up or say they can’t hear you!!! Needed to web chat with hotels.com in order for them to acknowledge the refund, this was on the day hotel.com called them (convenient) then to be told it will clear upton10 business days - so basically another 2 weeks of them holding my money. I don’t understand why hotels do this, normally they leave it as pending then it disappears once everything has been paid - not this place, they take it from your account and hold onto it to get the interest in their account for as long as they can - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!! If you don’t believe me check out other reviews on trip advisor etc.

Walking distance to fisherman wraf, great staff, 2 game areas for the kiddos, and an outdoor heated pool. Pool was still to cold for us but we’re from the Central Valley and aren’t use to coast weather. Kids enjoyed the stay, they have vending machines with snacks and sandwiches, plus a full bar and snack bar with food like salads and other stuff. Just wish our room came with fridge or a microwave. You pay extra for parking and extra for amenities so be prepared. We stayed during the week and the lobby was full of people so I’m sure weekends is even fuller, seems like a popular hotel. I’d say again.

Great place with excellent service. The winds were very comfortable and clean. Everyone on staff was courteous and helpful in so many ways.. very nice pool. Location can't be beaten - a spitting distance from Pier 39 and Ghirardelli Square. Excellent food options in the area
