Alerted the front desk clerk that I had no hot water in my shower. (The diverter handle was broken, and would not turn left.) She assured me it would be taken care of while I was out for the day. As predicted, it wasn’t. And no email, text, or phone call apologizing or offering to move me to another room, either. I was left to find that nothing had been done after getting back to my room later that night.

The lobby had an underlying smell of cigarette smoke covered by Pinesol. Also, the floor I was on had two vacuum cleaners out in the hall that didnt move the two nights I stayed there, and a random cleaning rag lying by the ice machine that also never moved. Separately, the gym is tiny with nowhere to stretch or do floor work. Finally, the mattress is very soft.
