"Marriott has had its best days even the it is starred still as 5. Fortunately we had booked a room with executive lounge access and it was the highlight of the stay as Mr. Nigel Wong and Ms. Felicia took care of us during our 5 days of spending in the hotel. They made us felt more than welcome and shared some good tips what to do in Kota Kinabalu. Also, the exec.lounge had the best view to the sea and beautiful sunsets. "
