Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. The room was comfortable and the location is amazing. We dined at the Limon Restaurant on the 8th floor. Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, great service and beautiful views. The quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. At first I was concerned because our room was across from the elevator, but once inside we never heard a sound from outside our room. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Will Definitely Stay Again

Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and beautifully designed. We had a great night's sleep on a comfortable bed in a quiet room. The location put us near parks and landmarks. The staff was warm, professional and went out of their way to make our stay a great experience. We will definitely stay there again.

An honest review.

Overall the hotel is in a great position and although it is not decorated in my personal taste, it is very stylish. There’s two main issues potential customers may encounter. Firstly the hotel and rooms are very dark and the lighting is extremely confusing in the rooms. Where the Grand Ferdinand loses points is the service particular upstairs on the 8th floor. Breakfast is absolute chaos. Don’t expect to get a hot drink quickly and don’t be surprised if they forget to bring you a meal from the breakfast menu. We also had issues in the day waiting to be served. The evening service in the lemon restaurant was much better. The food quality was extremely good.

Great stay-lovely concierge

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Ferdinand. The staff was particularly the concierge was loved, and they were very accommodating at the restaurant, and the food was delicious The restaurant is next to a small rooftop swimming pool and it’s a wonderful oasis. Quick walk to the opera cc Museum about 10 minutes away and Saint Stephen’s.

AC is a bit weak, even though we turned max but it was still so warm in the room. The time we were there temperature outside was cold 2-10 degree but it was warm inside the room and I turned max cold for AC but it didn't really work. Plus the blanket was too thick for spring, we sweat every night lol. Other than that, everything is fine.
