What an amazing resort, the gardens are well tendered and landscaped, the staff are warm, friendly and professional, the location is excellent and the rooms are comfortable and stylish. I’ve been coming here for many years and it never fails to impress. The best hotel in Spain in my opinion. A must visit when in Tenerife! Really nice hotel. Staff amazing and location superb. You can walk out onto the beach. Would definitely recommend the hotel but make sure you have some trousers with you as gents can’t eat at the restaurants without them. Very nice stay and would definitely go again.

Great pools, plenty of sunbeds and towels. It was nice to have complimentary water in the room and water dispensers around the grounds too. The grounds and location were amazing. The staff cannot be faulted , especially at breakfast and around the pools where they were always on hand to help with umbrellas or supplying extra sunbeds. Can't fault anything, it was a wonderful experience.

We were initially given a room near noisy renovations having requested a quiet room. However this was quickly resolved. The hotel consists of a series of buildings descending a hill and overlooking the sea. The grounds are immaculate, beautiful and secure. It has a good choice of excellent restaurants. It is well away from the noisier resorts. It is clearly a high quality hotel.

We stayed with a toddler and a baby and the hotel went above and beyond to help us be comfortable and make it a special experience. We normally like to visit other restaurants and do day trips on holiday however there was so much choice and activities for us as a family to do within the resort we ended up staying in and enjoying it the whole time, besides the odd beach walk! Such an easy, luxurious treat for our first family trip.
