It was great, staff was great especially security guard. Just a few things breakfast was t not good most stuff over cooked. And the outside are a bit sketchy homeless people laying in hotel parking lot.

The staff is not friendly and they do not clean the room if you stay two days. You need to stay 3 or more days to get the room clean ones and made the bed ones. The room is good and breakfasts is good just the staff are not helpful or friendly.

Our stay was pretty good. The place was nice and clean. Service was friendly and good. The only thing is probably change to the shower head in the shower and have a little more pressure of the water. Other then that everything was good.

We had a nice quiet stay. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. It’s right off the highway and near lots of food. It is also walkable to a maverick that is located right next door.

When I like the most about this property is the easy accessibility to I 25. I like how close it is to several restaurants but also very quiet. I really like that. I can also be close by to San Mateo where there are tons of restaurants and shopping options. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at.

Bad business

I recommend a friend to stay with us and they paid $189.00 at Hilton and they had a room with only one king size bed. My friend was not given a refund because he had his family of 5 people and the Tru Hilton didn’t want to give back their money back to go to another hotel.
