Sehr geehrte/r Anononymous, Vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihre Bewertung auf Expedia und, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Eindrücke mit uns zu teilen. Ich bedauere, dass wir Sie nicht gänzlich von dem Flair des Hotels sowie der Service Qualität begeistern konnten. Das Gebäude ist natürlich ein Traditionshaus, welches bereits seit 1872 besteht. Wir sind stetig daran interessiert uns weiterzuentwickeln und so haben wir in den letzten 3 Jahren mit dem neuen Spa Bereich in der Villa Stéphanie und dem Restaurant Fritz&Felix neue Meilensteine gesetzt. Als nächstes Projekt ist nun auch die Renovierung der Zimmer geplant. Das Team des Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa besteht aus einem Mix von jungen Kollegen, die stets dazu lernen sowie erfahrenen Kollegen, die ihr Wissen an die nächste Generation weitertragen. Bitte seien Sie versichert, dass die Meinung unserer Gäste von höchster Bedeutung ist.
