Tämä kaunis vintage-koti on päivitetty kokonaan! Alle 10 minuutin kävelymatkan etäisyys Birminghamin eteläiseen korkeakouluun, 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä legioonikenttään. 5-10 minuutin ajomatka UAB & St. Vincents-sairaalat, lentokenttä, keskusta, golf, puistot, jotkut Birminghamin hienoimmista ravintoloista ja yöelämästä.
Vierailla on pääsy koko taloon. Myöhäiset saapumiset eivät ole ongelma. ILMAINEN varhainen sisäänkirjautuminen (saatavuuden vuoksi on otettava yhteyttä isäntään). Eteläinen tyylinen vintage-talo, aito 40-luvulta lähtien, joka on kunnostettu niin, että siinä on sekoitus nykypäivän modernia elämää vintage-asettelun ja viehätysvoiman kanssa. Äskettäin ja täysin remontoitu, suuri korkea 9 jalkaa + katto kolme makuuhuonetta, kaksi täysin varustettua kylpyhuonetta historiallisessa talossa, suurella edessä katettu kuisti, jossa on keinutuolit, penkki, ruokapöytä ja tuolit, ja paljon ulkona olevaa oleskelutilaa. Siinä on kahden auton autotalli alessa aidatulla takapihalla, josta pääsee helposti taloon kävelemättä portaita edessä. Iso olohuone, jossa puulämmitteinen takka ja täysikokoinen vuodesohva, kaunis muodollinen ruokasali ja täysin varustettu iso keittiö ja kylpy. Puulattian puhdistus kaikkialla. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on paljon tilavaa kaappitilaa. Vuode- ja kylpypyyhkeet, taulutelevisio, kaapeli, wifi jne. Tämä on erittäin mukava, puhdas ja täysin varustettu kalustettu talo. Mahdollisuus kotona tuntea hotellin hinta.

Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta majoituspaikan yleiskunnosta. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Legion Field (stadioni). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Clean, cozy and convenient home in quiet neighborhood. This is a spacious charming older home with modern updates. The only mishap was a little miscommunication with the host. If I ever return I would definitely come back here.

Good choice

The host was very responsive, polite, and helpful. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the amenities were nice. There was a water pressure issue, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The only thing I’ll say is that some parts of the neighborhood are getting run down. I wouldn’t go so far is called it a bad neighborhood.. But it’s definitely seen better days. On the flipside, the neighborhood was pretty quiet and it’s very well located. Ubers got to us within about 10 minutes every time and we got wherever we needed to go in 15 minutes or less. Very good value for what you pay and I would stay again.

Convenient location

We came for Barber motorsports event. It was convenient to Barber and. Downtown. Place was clean and comfortable. Excellent value. Neighborhood is seemingly in transition with some nice homes being well maintained and a few that needed a lot of work and maintenance.

Nice Spring Break Trip

The House is convenient for the Interstate and thus most of Birmingham is a few minutes away.The house was built in 1935 and has been sympathetically updated while still retaining the more classic feel. Although a little early in the season it has a huge porch showing where people used to spend time before AC.The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook for yourself.In general a great stay.

Quiet & Family Oriented

This was such a pleasant experience. Best party about it, the host actually ANSWERS the phone!!!! A few quick calls and everything was perfect! She even responded to text right away... The cabinets are filled with all the spices needed to prepare home cooked meals. Everything was clean. Loved the dining room, family room and front porch with a beautiful display of fireflies right after dusk. I won't forget this visit, ever!!!

No Urgency/No Negotiation/Not a Fabulous Location

Showed up at the property at check in. No power. Tried calling emergency contacts to no avail. Could not reach either contact and one of those contacts, the owner, had her VM full. Then contacted VRBO and they tried to help and 2 hours later the owner finally contacted us. She was trying to get an electrician over, but it would be dark soon and there were no assurances it could be solved in a timely manner. She offered another property she owned that was smaller. This new property was only 2 bedroom/2 bath. We really were stuck with this option as this was the weekend of the Bama LSU game and there was no availability. So, we took it. The condo was ok but reeked of smoke. When we asked for a discount due to the smaller size and smokey smell, she claimed the condo was in a much nicer neighborhood, as opposed to the fabulous location claim of the original property, and the smoke was from the other condos. She would not negotiate. This was a very disappointing transaction to say the least.

Enjoyable stay

The house is spacious, warm, clean and uncluttered. It is a short drive from the interstate and Downtown so you can quickly get anywhere. The neighborhood is quiet, a mixed bag of nice and older/unoccupied-looking houses. Property managers, Suzy and David, were very welcoming and helpful in showing how to open & close the automatic garage door from the inside of the garage. Check-in and check out process was easy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Nice quiet neighborhood but close to Downtown Birmingham and all it has to offer just a short drive away. Spacious and Comfortable home with everything you need to enjoy your stay and a garage to park your car off the street. Large front porch excellent for relaxing, having a meal or drinks when the weather is nice. Excellent!

Great old house!

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Birmingham. The old house is very well maintained and updated while keeping the charm of the original. The front porch was great for early morning coffee! Very clean and well equipped. Comfy beds. It was nice to have the garage to park our car in and was a shame that the keypad outside the door didn’t work to open the garage door. Great stay overall, would rent again.

Diamond in the rough

My husband and I went to Birmingham to spend time with my in-laws . We decided to rent somewhere close by to get some quiet time . We found this lovely home 10 minutes from their home the location was on the south side in a modest neighborhood it was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly . The home was decorated with love and the touches were wonderful. We felt right at home .
