"We stayed in the hotel for three nights. I made a booking for a Junior suite to accommodate for our family and pet. Unfortunately, we were downgraded to a Family room due to the suites not allowing for pets. Pet was charged for an additional SEK200 at the hotel. This was confusibg as they did not mention any restrictions to rooms on the hotel official website nor on hotels.com. The room air conditioning did not work & windows were locked. Thus, the room was really warm during the 20c outdooe weather. Sleeping was not easy for this. Other than this, the hotel was nice, spacious and clean. The location was great for visiting central Stockholm. "

"Hyvä hinta, hyvä sänky, hyvä sijainti ja hyvä aamiainen. Yövyn mielelläni tässä hotellissa toistekin ja suosittelen. Huoneesta oli hieno näköala eikä kattokerroksen baaristakaan hassummat olleet. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ostoskeskus ihan vieressä, jos jotain tarpeellista unohtui kotiin."

It took three attempts for the staff to successfully close them, which caused discomfort due to noise and temperature fluctuations. While I appreciate the staff's efforts to assist me, the repeated attempts indicate a potential issue with maintenance or training. It may be beneficial for the hotel to conduct regular checks on window functionality and provide staff with additional training on how to handle such situations efficiently. I hope my feedback can help improve future guest experiences, as I enjoyed other aspects of my stay"
