My recent stay at Temptation Cancun Resort left much to be desired. I reached out multiple times to address serious issues, including food poisoning that required hospital treatment and black mold in the shower of our room. Despite these urgent concerns, I’ve received zero response from management. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a resort that markets itself as a luxury, fun-focused getaway. The experience left me feeling disregarded and frustrated. I would not recommend Temptation if you’re looking for a place that values guest safety and well-being.

It’s such a great place for over 30’s to let loose, and have uninhibited fun. The pool entertainment is second to none. The staff is so nice, and great at their jobs.

The staff is what makes this property stand out from the rest. Odalys at Expedia reception is beyond exceptional and took amazing care of us and helped us navigate the property.
