From the moment we walked in everyone was very attentive. Jesus in front desk provided great customer service and was able to answer all our question's. The lady that clean our room did a great job.

An older property, which is nice cause the rooms are bigger. Nice and helpful staff. We arrived around lunch, were not able to check in, but the hotel did keep our luggage so we could walk around. Welcome drinks were a treat. The cons are the pool being on the shaded side of the hotel. Overall, good experience at the hotel, did not enjoy the beach, too many vendors all looking for your business, same on the street, we later found Castillogrande beach, and would recommend that area if you want some peace and quiet beach time.
