Full kitchen with appliances and all items needed in the kitchen are provided for cooking, etc. TV in living room and open dining room; ground floor is open floor plan. Walk out patio from living room with table and chairs outside. Stackable washer/dryer in closet on ground floor under the stairs. Half bath down stairs.

If you secure a booking then we can request a guest pass, but we need full names of each person who might need one. the guest pass *does not pay* for amenities like golfing or a golf cart rental. It allows you access as a guest and you have to pay for your activities at The Glade, etc.

Parking- one vehicle can mark near the front door, 2nd vehicle near by. Trailers, boats and large vans aren't allowed to park per HOA rules.
