Was true to the Hard Rock theme By comparison - this Hard Rock Hotel is smaller than the other HatdcRock Hotels in Tampa and Hollywood thus less extravagant and less choices. The others have the Casino and Mall- like stores

Took me 20 min to get in tiny1way entrance.We drove 11 hrs straight to hotel and had stuff everywhere in car.Asking me to Valet or park across street and walk across A1A.My Wife is disabled no choice but to pay Valet additional 40.00 a night or 20.00 a night across street we was staying for 6 nights. Didn’t know parking was not included in a 2k bill. I didn’t even get car stopped and they trying to open car doors! Very Rushed us to just head up to room and they will bring it up.NAH..hold on a minute there is stuff in car like meds,personal stuff etc.we had our tea cup poodle they was trying to dig in and grab cage to help put her in.Very pushy Told them you got to give us a few mins. 11 hrs of driving we got to get stuff together!So I had to pull in electric car charging area only spot to go! to put up stuff etc.they just stood there stalking!! with cart! I went into counter and then I found out parking prices!That’s why!! All your stuff is out of car,you really don’t have much choice!$240 to park my car in a parking garage they don’t even own! Clearly states on key tag NOT responsible for any damages to your vehicle!While in their possession so read fine print!Tiny Tiny Rooms if you get a king bed!very disappointing.Room service not good and disorganized Bringing someone else’s food IN OUR room for us to find when we get back!and on our bill! They Knock x2 they coming on in!! Slamdoors! Didnt know about rewards till Check out could of saved $ and got points!Will not be back!

Dreamed of staying at the hard rock for years as of been down to Daytona on a multitude of trips. Very disappointed with the room size, and the bar and restaurant staff. They were rude as hell and I’m extremely easy to get a long with.

This hotel has direct beach access and is well-maintained. It has a nice pool and a gate which leads to the beach. Parking is either via valet or across the street at a cost of $25 per day. It has a restaurant with excellent views and I definitely recommend going for the baloney room so that you can sit outside, listen to and watch the water. What I don't like is the fact that the hotel charges $50 to check in early before 1:00 p.m., which is a shame. Even arriving at 12:00 p.m. they charge the $50 fee.
