We did not feel safe at this location. There was a person breaking in the hotel at 1am stealing items and food. The hotel staff was very nice and understanding but we ended up checking out at 1am due to feeling unsafe.

First, the check-in process was extremely problematic. There was only one staff member on duty and he appeared to be severely impaired. I strongly suspect he was under the influence of drugs because he could not stay focused, kept forgetting what he had just asked me, could not locate my reservation, and repeatedly asked the same questions. It took an unusually long time for him to complete basic steps and the first room key he issued did not work. Second, there was a major safety breach. Another guest was given a working key to my room and entered while I was inside. This happened because the same employee assigned her my room by mistake. This was extremely upsetting, especially because I was traveling with children. If I had not been in the room, my belongings could have been taken or someone could have been put in danger. Third, the room itself had condition issues. It had a strong odor, the bathroom had visible mold, and there was no exhaust fan which made the smell and humidity worse.

My state did not start out good. I called to the hotel the day that I was supposed to check in due to I was charged for the day and the person that answered the phone. I guess she was the manager and she didn’t want to hear anything I had to say and hung up on me and was rude. Also, when it came to the breakfast, the breakfast tater tots were hard and cold and there was no options for low-calorie. The bananas were too ripe. You need to get a new manager also she’s very unprofessional.

Nice solid hotel. That’s not too far away from downtown and the white oak music hall if you’re going to a concert there. The room was nice, clean and the ac got it yeah Cold, shower was hot. Front desk was also very super nice appreciate of the breakfast. Waffles, toast eggs, sausage, the whole deal. Would stay here again.
