There was a fee that was not disclosed to me at $75.00 for my dog. I could not get a late check out and the pool was DISGUSTING. No towels or any staff at the pool - dirty toilets and womens changing space.. Just gross.

There was a lot of construction going on inside. It was horrible. It took us forever to get to a room. Front desk was so confusing in her directions to our room. Not too friendly or patient either. I think the worst was the horrible noise of the heater. I hope everything is fixed by now We came here in November. Hopefully by the summer everything will be back to normal. We stayed here once before, and it was ok but not this time. I stay with my two sisters, and we barely got to rest.

Stay was good. The rooms need updating, but they are under construction, so once it's done it should be very nice. Love that the shuttle was available to take us to the other resort for dinner at the Turf. Very great food.

The winter activities available for guests are great for family fun! However our room was not cleaned, there was rose petals from the previous guest all over the bathroom floor and under the night stands. When I let the front desk know someone did come clean, but they did a crappy job! There was still petals in the bathroom. Then the morning of check out, check out, we went out for breakfast and come back and they are already cleaning our room and our key was deactivated. Check out was 11 and it was barely 10am. Granted we already bought most of our stuff to the car, but we had not checked out yet, it was only 10am!
