We enjoyed that they offered Kayak rentals by the property and got a discount if you were staying at the hotel. We also enjoyed the E bike free rentals that we rode around the property. We liked that it was dog friendly and had both indoor and outdoor pools. We were not able to try the restaurants and they were all booked out and the line for the coffee was long and didnt feel like waiting. The room was nice, beds were comfy. Location not too far to drive to other placed. Overall had a great stay.

They are dog friendly, so I recommend asking for a room not next to a dog. The lady next to us left her barking dog the whole night.

The room was so disappointing for the price we paid. It was old and worn and had no dresser to put clothes in. The shower faucet was broken and the tub did not drain properly. Someone drew on the lampshade with marker and the WiFi hardly ever worked. On the plus side, the pool was wonderful and the deck bar had great food and drinks. The outside seating area was lovely at night with a fire pit and live music on Saturday night. The rooms are in the process of being refurbished which I wish I knew when I booked. I would have chosen one of those! The manager was very apologetic and offered us an upgraded room at the golf course which is a 10 minute drive from the lodge and doesn't have a pool.

I was beyond impressed. The revovations that have been made, the cleanliness, and amenities far exceeded my expectations. Dog friendly as a bonus. Whether or not you plan to bring a pet, this property will be my first choice moving forward when looking for a quick getaway. Well done!

Great location, central to a number of local communities from Lake Geneva to Delevan Lakes to Williams Bay and Elkhorn- it’s also a bit off the main path so you’re not bombarded by a bunch of other tourists. Highly recommend. The service was kind and polite and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay

It was not pet friendly as we believed it to be. Pets were confined to a very small yard so we couldn’t use any of the amenities because they mentioned a fine if your dog made noise and you know there will be a bark or two if there is a loud noise. So it was basically a clean room to sleep in. Oh yeah… you can’t see the lake from any lodge room. We had lake view and saw no lake fyi!

The staff were great, easy parking. 6 minute drive to “town” area. Rooms are spacious and beds are on the firm side. Beautiful area outside to walk around, they had live music both Friday and Saturday night. I will say we could hear the music in our room (faced the back area) and people in the hallway as well. But overall a great stay! Bean and Vine for coffee in the morning, and Crafted Italia for a delicious dinner!

My wife and I stayed for Labor Day weekend. Check in was quick and easy, we stayed in a king suite. The room was a disappointment, the paint was chipping and faded on all the furniture. The carpet needs to be replaced and there were big scratches on the walls. Great view but the window was so dirty you couldn't really enjoy it. The bed was super uncomfortable. The shower was great but the towel rack was almost broken clean off. For over $300 a night you'd figure you'd get a microwave, but nope. For the price there's way better options. The pools were nice but there we a million 🐝 🐝 that even the staff were swatting them away every second. For that big an issue you need to call pest control or something. Also the tables at the pool bar were never cleaned, really gross. The Hotel could be great with a remodel and some cleaning standards.

There is a mistake on my bill that the front desk couldn’t fix. I have to wait till next week to talk to accounting. Also, the toilet was dripping all night. Rooms are only cleaned on request.
