The staff were all so very helpful and pleasant. The room was immaculate, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel was very well appointed and had luxurious touches. Our stay was very pleasant. I would stay here again.

Our room was very spacious and clean. Really comfy bed and good shower. One of our towels had some stains and we asked to replace it - this was done efficiently. There’s kettle and coffee maker in the room, with two bottles of water, which we really appreciated. Reception and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. The only one small issue is that to get to the metro station, we needed to take a bus. There are a few bus stops around but truly, the bus schedules are not reliable. So, wherever you want to go, just buffer more time than Google suggested. Walking is the most reliable option but it’s about 20-25mins walk from the hotel to the nearest metro.

I totally enjoyed my stay at the Emerald House Lisbon. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport even if public transportation was used.The staff was welcoming and my room was ready and I was allowed an earlier checkin time. The lobby was cute and ultra clean and beautifully decorated. My room was beautifully done and there was a lot of attention paid with the decor. Bathroom was super clean. Breakfast was good and the dining staff was very attentive. The staff were great and very informative with any questions. An extra thanks to Renata at the front desk for all the detailed information she shared with us. The hotel qas beautiful and the decor truly live up to "The Curio Collection" theme. Transportation was just outside the hotel wahich was easy and convenient. I look forward to stay there again on another visit and would totally reccomend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, well located, close to everything and with great service. We had a suite which had tons of light and an immense terrasse. The suite was also very reasonnably priced.

Nice room and bathroom, which included wash clothes. I was traveling with a friend and so wanted twin beds. This is the only hotel in Portugal where we stayed with two full-sized twin beds with some room between them. Excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a quiet location, but is an easy uber ride to tourist spots. The front desk recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner 2 blocks away.

This place was breathtakingly beautiful, and the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to try and get us into our room early. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this boutique. The only bad thing was that we only had 1 night there, would have loved to stay longer.
