This is a nice hotel apartment hotel in the center of London, next to the Mansion subway station and only 5 my walking distance to St Paul’s Cathedral and Millennium Bridge. The reception crew were nice and friendly. They warmly welcome us, provided additional towels requested and offered luggage storage after we checked out. The unit has a queen sized bed in bedroom and a sofa bed in living room plus kitchen. They were very clean when we got in. The space isn’t big as both beds take up majority of the space. The bathroom is quite spacious. The unit has a full functional kitchen and a washer machine which is convenient. It’s an air conditioned property. The overhead rainfall shower head was clogged and not useful so had to use the handheld head all the time. The shower glass didn’t guard splashing water very well, water was easy to get to the floor after each shower. Also we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the warming towel rack. Aside from these inconveniences, we had a good stay.

Great location

Very good location and unit was well furnished. Only downside was the bathroom sink was not cleaned properly and clogged the first time we used it. A thorough cleaning crew would have made sure it doesn't happen to other guest.

Nice stay

Place was nice and convenient. Tube station right outside and various cafes and places for coffee nearby. Neighborhood was very clean and safe. Jack at the front desk was great and super helpful. The temperature in the room wouldn't change when we lowered the A/C.

The apartment was amazing! Clean, safe, quiet, 1-2 min to the metro and all kinds of the restaurants; 7-10 min walk to St Paul’s cathedral. The staff were amazing, friendly, patient, especially Beatriz from Spain and the lovely Indian young lady ( I forgot her name)!

Very disappointing stay. Although the listing clearly says “kids are welcome,” I was told my children couldn’t stay in the room unless I paid an extra amount or booked another room. This is misleading and feels like a clear attempt to exploit guests. Check-in at 4 PM is unreasonably late — I’ve never seen this in any other hotel or apartment. The apartment was not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene was poor. I honestly don’t understand how this property has such a high rating. It’s completely undeserved.
