Fantastic. Great location, clean, lots of nice touches like complimentary mini bar. We got upgraded which was extra nice. Quiet even though near Kings Cross Station. Held our bags safely for the day.highly recommend.
This complex is like a second home for me. Its proximity to Kings Cross and St. Pancras International make lodgings at this location very convenient that it’s hard to fathom staying at a more posh location and give up the convenience of this place. Only regret is not being able to afford their Four Star suite. If you can, book it!
I was very impressed with the room, which had a very comfortable bed. I thought that it was great value for money, being very close to King's Cross station, St Pancras International, and buses. Staff were extremely courteous. I would definitely consider staying there in the future!
The room is very small but very convenient to st Pancras station. Literally 3 minute walk. We stayed one night for the convenience of that. Friendly staff and clean room .
This property is prefect for families with small children. Three beds in total in the family room/suite. A skin inside the bathroom and one outside the bathroom too made getting ready in the morning easy. VERY close to Kings Cross made transportation easy.
Location is very convenient if you want to take the bus or walk to key tourist areas. Small room but, very clean and comfortable. I would definitely do a return stay.
So convenient location but more than that it was sparkling clean and staff extremely friendly and welcoming. We left our bags on arrival and departure day. And were offered use of the restroom both times which is not to be taken for granted! We had everything we needed. Small room but small price which suited us. Would come back and highly recommend. Oh also quiet even in ground floor.
Incredibly easy to find and close to all amenities. Surprised by how quiet it was despite being near Kings Cross and traffic. Space was perfect for two and a short stay as we explored the city.
It's a cute hotel, newly renovated & in an excellent location. Room is in reasonable size, very clean & nicely decorated. It's just across the street from St Pancras train station, very convenient, just 5 mins walk. It's definitely much better than other hotel we stayed in the same neigborhood. They provide excellent front desk services. My purse & passport got stolen during the walk in Soho area in London & Dale at the front desk was very nice & helpful to me in sorting out the process of reporting to the police online. He is very professional & polite. When we checked in, he even offered to help carry our luggage & take us to our room. Big thanks to Dale! Definitely recommend this hotel.
Check in was super easy, the room was extremely small (especially the ensuite; the sink made getting into the toilet hard) but everything was really clean and in great condition. Easy access to the room at any time and very helpful staff, especially taking into my vision problems.
