Added hasske in check in becaue i didnt have photo ID - not mentioned anywhere on booking. Room was heated to 26C absolutely ridiculous, and took a long time to cool. Dripping noise from toilet all night and a lot of traffic noise - i know its a busy location but other accomodation in area seems to be much quieter Room was a good size, bed comfortable, poor pillows.

Lovely place to stay

The location is great for being near Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Its close to a railway line so ideally take ear plugs but this didnt bother us. We had a studio room and it was big with a comfy bed. Nice showrr room to. There was a kitchen area as well which was handy. Staff were pleasant. No issues checking in or out.

This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself. Also check out time is 10 am, which is quite early. They also didn’t send me anything for my birthday.

Toilet roll holder hanging off the wall bin broken in kitchen no plug socket near mirror to plug hair dryer in … very nice comfy bed very clean large room. Good heating nice shower.

I was genuinely satisfied with my stay at Rockwell East. I was a little worried after some reviews but did not find any issues. Our room on arrival was clean and had all the amenities you would find in an studio apartment. We stayed for 3 nights, our room was not cleaned during the stay nor were we provided with new towels but we carried our own as well and we were out for majority of the day that we did not feel it was a breaking point that the room wasn’t cleaned. Area was easy to navigate with multiple underground stations in walking distance which was helpful and a tesco across the street! Will stay again.
