loved the beds, and the concierge floor bar and restaurant, special shout out to Luis, Ace, and the fellow who works most nights, and is in charge, they are all great. The gym needs a stationary recumbent bike (0ne with a back on the seat) and they close the bar too much for private functions so guests are forced to sit in a brightly lit restaurant ...not the greatest atmosphere, but overall very good, but upgrade to the concierge floor!

Have stayed here a lot on business this time it really let me down. First room had the housekeeping closet outside with a door that banged every 5 minutes. Second room had a lift shaft vent that kept me up all night. Was a lovely spot and I don’t mind paying a premium but I expect a good night’s sleep for £900!
