The staff was outstanding! Friendly and helpful, I've never felt so cared for at a hotel. The front desk reception, the concierge, the dining room staff, housekeeping, all went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely return.

If next to the lifts then ask to be moved!!

The hotel is lovely but we told that we were being upgraded ehich turned out to be a massive disappointment. The room that we had was next to the luggage lift, which was really noisy and you could hear water through pipework in the walls (presumably from the above floors).

Great hotel!

This was my second stay at this hotel and as always, everything and everyone was amazing. One slight issue with loose fittings in my shower head, but it was repaired promptly. The staff was friendly, the room was perfect, breakfast was a dream, and the lounge, very comfortable. As with any hotel, location, location, location, and the Rembrandt's location could not be beat. Maybe a wee bit too close to Harrods...the temptation was real 😆. The concierge and doormen were friendly and very helpful too. Will definitely stay here again.
