We stayed 6 nights at the Meridien. The reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning crew was EXCELLENT! Our only complaints were, no free coffee provided for the guests in the morning, the coffee cup at the bar was very expensive and the coffee was mediocre. Self parking was not offered only valet @$23 per day. We have a handicapped plate. Cars without handicapped plates were constantly parked in that area. I suspect hotel employees. I had a shoulder replacement and needed the parking.

We had an extended stay with our dog due to the fires. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We had a breakfast package which was very convenient. The room was nicely decorated and appointed, had a small fridge. TV was a SmartTV so we could log into our own NetFlix. We're very thankful we were able to stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was great and convenient to Rose Parade and Rose Bowl. Only area for improvement would be the speed of meal prep and serving at the Melange Restaurant. It seemed to take a long time to prepare the meals and get them out compared to other restaurants we’ve been to. The bar was faster when we ate there for some reason.
