We stayed at this property June of 2024 and am now reviewing. We loved it, very clean, safe, and convenient area for walking and close to the Metro. Would book again.

Let’s start with the positives. The room was very good in size, AC, beds, towels and bedding sheets. The breakfast buffet is great. Toiletries in the room are almost non existent except the soap and shampoo. No room service either. If you need something you go to the front desk and ask for it and take it to the room. No ice available either. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the true center at Plaza del Sol. The immediate neighborhood isn’t impressive neither. At the end of the price per night is above $150 then look for another place. At the price I paid, the value was below expectations.

The reception and maintenance staff were amazing! They were extremely helpful and accommodating. They took care of our luggage and souvenirs while we completed the pilgrimage to Santiago, and everything was in perfect condition when we returned. Nice hotel

Nice hotel with a small rooftop pool which was very welcome on a hot day. The room was clean with comfortable beds and really good pillows. The location was quite good for walking to lots of sites. Plenty of bars in the area as well.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is good, and access to the metro and buses is convenient. However, I was deeply disappointed by the hotel management’s lack of sensitivity and unwillingness to waive the charge for one of the four nights that were booked and prepaid. It was clearly explained—also through Expedia—that my flight was canceled by the airline and I had to rebook on a different one. As a result, I ended up paying for the same night at hotels in both Madrid and Paris. While I understand that the booking was non-refundable, this request was for a single night and due to circumstances entirely beyond my control. This is exactly where a hotel manager's judgment and empathy are tested—not just their business mindset.

The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had to walk a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to any of the popular tourist spots. But overall, we had a lovely stay there. And the rooftop deck and pool was a really nice place to go and relax.
