This hotel is a perfect location for visiting the French Quarter and surrounding areas. Very walkable. Comfortable and quiet. Excellent breakfast cafe right next to it too.

Dusty room Flip flops found under the bed from a previous guest, meaning they do not vacuum under the bed between guests Poor amenities The elevator takes forever to serve only 3 floors, waiting for it or even when in it ; stairwell is far on the other side of the building and seems to be only one-way Housekeeping still knock when the Do Not Disturb sign is put on Café (managed by another company) is terrible and overcharged twice the price later the day after visiting (its manager is not on site)…

We always stay here when we visit NOLA for Mardi Gras. Its in the heart of the French Quarter and convenient to anything you could possibly want to do. On site restaurant and bar/jazz club in a beautiful and historic hotel. Southern charm at its finest!

I’m not sure if the fault lies with the hotel or with Expedia but somebody screwed up. Our flight was canceled after we had boarded the plane. I immediately called the hotel to let them know we would not be there that evening. They told me that since I booked through Expedia I needed to go through them to cancel the reservation for that night. Expedia assured me they had cancel for that evening only but when I got to the hotel (finally) they did not have a reservation at all. I was able to rebook but was not able to get the same price and had to settle for a lesser room. The room was mostly clean but there were a number of very long dark hairs on the bathroom walls and we ran out of tissues the first night and housekeeping never refilled them.

Enjoyed the stay at the Prince Conti. Very convenient access to Burbon Street and the Erin Rose across the street. Our room was nicely renovated and easy to access. One high note was that the water pressure in the shower was great, maybe higher than we have ever had! On site amenities are modest with a nice cafe for Breakfast and a small bar which is not open on Mon and Tuesday (2 of our 4 nights) so we didn't spend much time there. Overall, would definitely stay again without hesitation.

The service was great, the room is very clean, the Bombay Restaurant is very good, the Cofe Conti very nice. The location is perfect, everything is near to the hotel.
