We had Tamia assisted us at front desk! She was friendly and kind, make good suggestions for places. Also Ivan the bellman is wonderful, he transported our luggages to two streets down due to road closure. Very nice people.

The rooms are small with limited space but have the basic essentials. The location is perfect though. There is a good Italian restaurant in the hotel but no room service. All in all it’s pricey for the comforts you get but worth it because of the location.

The check in experience was less than pleasant. Additional guest registered on the reservation and confirmed by the hotel prior to checking in was not able to check in. Shower drain did not work causing water to back up to your ankles. Unable to fix it first night or second, leaving us to request a room change at 6pm on the second night of our stay. No apologies or concerns shown by the desk staff for anything that occurred. Second room shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor due to seal not properly working. This caused wet floor every time we took a shower. Overall very disappointed with customer service or lack thereof at this Hilton property and not likely to recommend to anyone.
