I did not expect this type of experience at a Hilton property. Upon arrival, I was assigned an ADA-accessible room that I had not requested and needed to change rooms. The room also had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom ventilation sensor was not working properly, causing smoke to accumulate and requiring us to leave the shower door open for ventilation. In addition to parking charges, there is also a nightly resort fee. The front desk staff were not very helpful, although the manager was professional and assisted in addressing the concerns. Overall, this stay did not meet the expectations I associate with Hilton.

Many issues at this Hilton and very disappointed overall here. Older hotel not maintained and in need of updates. broken bed; poor housekeeping, broken AC unit, broken drawers and handles; no concierge service; advertised as a resort but shabby; broken toilet handels; etc. good breakfast but poor quality PM happy hour services and snacks.

Room was right next to I-4 — extremely loud at all hours. It was also the farthest room on the property even though the hotel looked half empty, and when I returned at 4:30pm it still hadn’t been cleaned. The bartender during happy hour acted bothered to serve guests. I stay at Embassy Suites often, and this one doesn’t feel like the brand — I would avoid it. After I received a text asking about my stay, I replied with these concerns and was told within seconds it had been “passed on to the team,” which didn’t change anything for me. Disappointed
