Room was very dirty, you could really tell in the bathroom where there were still tons of dirt in the floor, there were also a lot of black curly hairs all over the bathroom. Breakfast fell very short with watery scrambled eggs, undercooked sausage, mixed fruit melody out of a can, some cereal, toast and bagels which were both hard. Milk was out for the cereal, asked the ladies standing in little room for more they continued their conversation and got it when they were done chit chatting.

The room is humid, bathroom walls are full of black mold, and towels never dry. We found cockroaches died and alive. Breakfast was included with room rate, but was always the same food and coffee ran out quickly. Room service is only available if you're 5 days or more and upon request. We need to go daily to front desk for clean towels.

Elevator smelled kinda bad so some cleaning is required. Other wise it was such cozy nice place to stay. Check in and Check out was superfast. It needs some vending machines cause all of them were out of order. Room was clean and nice. Will stay again when going to Orlando. I recommend

Stayed from december 11 to 17. The breakfest has for me five stars. But the rooms need update and they clean the room every 4 Days! I had to ask for towels at the counter and garbage bags, Why because I’m Very clean person. Furthermore, the carpet was very dirty my feet got brown every time cleaning them with handy wipes etc. I had to buy cleaning stuff to clean the bathroom and areas of the carpet! Even thou affordable pay! Really need more cleaning! I booked a suite! The ticky bar has 5 stars for me. Furthermore , 5 cooking staff at breakfest! Really wish that the owner makes that update cleaning and details of the rooms. Reality I would not book again a stay there! Furthermore, the door of my room not secure broken in the side! Putting a chair every night.

The property from the outside is dirty and not maintained. But the inside of the room is way worse. The room smelled of mold which was no surprise once we seen the bathroom where the walls were covered in mold. Also the area in front of the bathroom like carpeting stayed wet so I’m pretty sure there’s an ongoing leak somewhere and judging by the amount of mold there’s no way they don’t know about it. We were a party of six and was provided one towel. No bath mat, no rags, no face cloth. A single towel. When we requested more we were told that’s all the had which was interesting as 90% of the hotel rooms were empty (they leave the windows to room open so you can see no one is staying in them). The bedding was also ripped open and we had to also request sheets and blankets, as again they were not provided although we specified the number of ppl when booking. So a trip to Walmart to buy and money spent. icing on the cake was someone decided to put ketchup on my car. If I am able to upload pictures I will as nothing I’m saying is exaggerated. I was not expecting perfect just somewhere decent for a nights rest but this was beyond.

I know it’s a cheap motel and usually that doesn’t bother me. For one or two nights and my own sheets I’m usually ok with it. But the front desk was not very helpful. And the room for one smelled so bad like mold I threw up and we both had an awful sore throat by the time we checked out and for two the locks on the door barely worked the inside lever type lock was useless as there were things on the door in the way of it that did not allow it to lock and main lock with key card when leaving you had to really slam the door and triple check that it locked because it did not want to latch properly. Definitely would not recommend this place.

After showing up at 345 day of checkin was told the rooms wouldnt be ready until 430 later that day. Rude girl ledt us there at the desi with other guest. The kid in the back took about 10 minutes before he came up from front to wait on all the guest. The room had two old hand towels throwed up on a shelf so we had to go and get towels and washcloths. No wash cloths to hand out. Two towels, when asked about wash cloths was told they had no wash cloths. No water pressure and would go to hot and cold. It was wet between the toilet and shower and water continued to drip the whole time we were in the room Carpet was filthy. The bed was nice though. Its hard to recommend this hotel with the conditions of the room and staff. I hope this doesnt stop us from getting our deposit back, when we asked for towels they acted as if we were stealing the ones in the room, scratchy towels is something I wouldnt take home. Oh yeah ice machine on 1st floor inoperable but breakfast wasnt to bad
