Rules

Furniture not to be moved. Take Garbage to curb on Sunday and brought back Tuesday. No recycling in Polk County both bins considered garbage.
Parking vehicles in garage is PROHIBITED Garbage must be kept behind white fence at all times HOA Fines will be charged back pool heat not included
Cleaning is included however this does not give you the right to use everything and leave for us to clean it is your responsibility to keep home clean
