Beautiful hotel, staff were very helpful and courteous, we also had express passes for the parks which was brilliant , the pool looked great but unfortunately was closed due to weather but would definitely stay at this hotel again x

Nice hotel ambience. Pool a bit like a zoo but you are staying here for express passes and to be able to walk to the park. Room ok size. Double sink which helpful but bathroom lighting shockingly poor! Just remember you are paying 5 star prices for the benefits. The room is more 4 star.

Check-in was good and went quickly. When we arrived at our room, we noticed the art on the wall was broken and there was nails sticking out where the piece of art was missing. It was also later in the evening when we arrived so we did not have any locations inside of the hotel to get filtered water besides requesting it from the bar/restaurant where they could fill a cup and the Fiji bottled water to purchase. We also love the water taxi and walkways that make it easy to get to the park. Upon using the shower in the room, we noticed a piece of blue painters tape on the shower tile like it was supposed to be covering something that could be broken. Overall wasn’t super happy with our experience for the price. Felt like amenities could be better and room could absolutely be in better shape for the price.

We had a nice time. Not very crowded. Everyone was nice. Walked over to Universal Studios. Very quick walk. Spent have a day there then took the shuttle to Epic. Fun day. Had a nice dinner at the casual restaurant when we got back.
