The hotel location was excellent and the condition of the property was great. It offered many unique amenities such as free laundry facilities and guest welcome lounge for refreshments and snacks. I would recommend my family and friends to stay here.

Ohh man ohh man. This place was just right in the heart of dotombori. The building is really quiet and nice but once you step outside the door its like stepping up into another world. The streets are so alive with people and entertainment and places to shop and eat. Namba station is 5 minutes walk to catch a train anywhere in japan. To top it off the train ride to the airport is so easy. Staff is very amicable and happy. If I visit Osaka again I would definitely stay here.

The location of this property is very convenient to train stations. It was very easy to navigate to any train station entry point that allowed visits to many parts of Osaka. The room itself is a bit underwhelming. You are only given one key card, which must be inserted in the slot for the lights and air conditioning to work, not ideal. When we arrived, the room was very stuffy with a slight odor. The carpet and furniture seemed old. We were on the 7th floor and didn't have an interesting view, mostly just the back of other buildings. However, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the floor was quiet for the most part. We did opt in for the breakfast buffet, which again was underwhelming compared to other locations we tried. The standouts for this property were the location and the free laundry machines available in the lounge. We did not have a chance to try their food lounge which was available to guests.

Love the hotel so much I will stay again. Location links you almost everywhere. Dotonburi, food and train station. Brilliant facilities such as washing machine, Yamato luggage transfer and breakfast. Only qualm is a taxi is unable to stop directly outside the hotel so if you have huge luggages that will be an issue. About 5 minutes walk from a drop off point. 10 minutes walk from train station.

Centrally located on a busy shopping/tourist street but surprisingly quiet. Loved the hotel and great for families. Staff was okay but some of them could have been more pleasant. We would stay here again.

Location was good, right in the heart of Namba and there's a Lawson right downstairs. Hotel comes with a lounge with free flow drinks and snacks for all hotel guests, there's also a laundry room with washers and dryers, as well as a vacuum pack machine so ensure that you shop to your heart's content. The only drawback is it does not come with a driveway so if you arranged for transport, you have to walk out to the main road.

Go-to hotel in Osaka

This is my favorite hotel in Osaka. Ever since we’ve stayed here in 2023, I always book this place whenever we visit Osaka. Location is perfect - near various train stations, 5-min walk to Dotonbori and Kuromon market. There’s also a small Don Quijote branch near the area (around 3-min walk) which closes at 3am and some drugstores. Beside the hotel is Lawson and next block is Family Mart. This hotel is highly recommended to those traveling with kids and elders.

Great location, I could walk to almost everything that I wanted to do. The laundry room is great. The lounge was great for drinks and a snack. My room and the carpets in the hotel could be cleaner. I noticed the next day that another guests hairs and a stain were on the sheets of my bed. There were also multiple hairs in the bathroom from someone else. I saw maids in the hallway and asked for water for the room but it never came and the room was not serviced. I think this is the only hotel that I’ve stayed in that does not have a bell service to store luggage.
