Our stay was stellar on all levels. The staff were superb one if not the best we experienced. The room was excellent, zero complaints. The pool area outstanding, Restaurant outstanding. The only thing that would have made it batter was a microwave in the room and perhaps a little more room in the refrigerator as ‘mini bar’ items dominated space

This is a beautiful Hotel located at the heart of Palma. Everything was exquisite! The facilities, the service was superb, the bed was very confortable and the room had a very nice view of the Ocean. Highly recommended. Note: Just look out for a crazy "neighbor" that will honk the horn of his tiny vehicle at you if you are in his "way". As soon as you arrive make sure someone at the reception takes your car away. If arriving by taxi be ready to exit in a hurry if this guys is around. He is NOT patient and he's not nice! #idiotalert

Strong 3* or decent 4* hotel.

This being labeled as a 5* is a big stretch. Starting with the check-in process it just felt off. We had to get our bags from the rental car and unless everything as the bellman was busy. Reception was slammed, which is fine, however it took a while to get the room. Service was just ok across the board. We all have bad days but it shouldn’t be abundantly clear to the guests…restaurant service was super slow, 20 minutes + to get a drink order in. The list goes on. The room was decent, nothing special. It’s super strange to not have a peephole in the rooms though, so if someone knocks you need to open the door to see who it is. I’m glad I looked at the bill prior to checkout, we asked to use a euro outlet converter and they had it on the bill as a €50 charge. We went back to the room and turned it in, but €50 is just nuts. It’s not terrible but it’s not great.

Shower was reported 4 times in 4 days stay that it is broken, not closing! and every time the plumber comes in and doesn’t fix it, does a temp solution and reception person came up himself and saw the issue but still didn’t resolve or offer another room! TV kept hanging and I had to disconnect power 3 times to get it to work! Not value for money

This Hotel represents a true 5 star luxury Hotel in terms of service and product. The focus on the guest is of the highest quality and having stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world both branded and unbranded , this represents a true example to them all.
