Staff were very kind and accommodating towards English communication. Very close to the Disney parks. The breakfast buffet had a large selection, definitely worth the price as long as you have the appetite.

Hotel was good, themed rooms were nice, proximity to disney parks a great plus. Only reason for not giving 5 star, the breakfast/dinner buffet were substandard, In our trip, we had come to expect high quality Japanese food being served, where ever we went, but that was not the case here.

Room was good value for money, beds comfortable and same with pillows. Included breakfast which was good however would have been good to have more western food items available at the buffet. Very close and easy to access Disney Sea / Disneyland. Would recommend to friends and family. Value for money.

The room was amazing, big space, beautiful view and the anti-fog on the mirror of the restroom was super cool perk. The staff, always super nice and helpful, for example on the first day i got there we ended up accidentally leaving a jacket at our bus that had just driven off and when the staff in the front read our body language she understood and immediately started running after the bus which was outstanding of her, shout out to their whole staff. 🙌

Large room with bus shuttle to the train station. Only negative is, airport limousine stop service around 7pm. Make sure your flight arrives earlier

Spacious room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Walking distance to the Disney parks but also with convenient transit nearby. Nothing to really complain about here, an all around good hotel with good accommodations

Very spacious for a hotel in Japan. Rooms were very clean. Staff were helpful and polite. Very convenient location close walking distance to disney monorail station. The hotel also offers free shuttles to the parks and train station/Ikspiari shopping area. Our room was a park view so on a non disney day, you are able to see the fireworks show. Lobby has 2 Laswons and a disney store and other small specialty stores. Will stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, rooms good size, clean, courteous staff, near Tokyo Disney and Disney sea. Loved the shuttle service to get to parks or could walk to catch monorail
