A lovely hotel, very quiet yet so close to Akihabara. The Staff were very helpful and the Robot-staff - super cute. Love the concept, free drinks and snacks - overall great place to stay!

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. They had cute little robots wandering the lobby. The amenities were wonderful. My only complaint was the fact that they have 13 floors but only one small elevator.. it makes coming/going from the hotel very time consuming and uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here, this was my first hotel stay in Japan. The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating, English was very good. Directions for how operate things in the room were easy to follow. They even stored my luggage for me after checkout free of charge for a few hours. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice and clean hotel. The hot spring on site is really relaxing after a long day of touring. The amenities offered on site made my stay very enjoyable and comforting. The property is close to Akihabara station but far enough off the main drag to avoid the crowds. I would especially like to also give my sincere thanks to Oogi-san who assisted me with my check-in upon arriving. His English speaking skills helped make the check-in process go very smoothly, which was a real relief after a long day of traveling to Japan. I will definitely be staying at this property again without hesitation on my return trips to Tokyo and will be informing my friends and colleagues to keep this property in mind for their travels as well.

I loved the homey atmosphere of the place and staff friendliness. Their welcome bar is fantastic. I also loved there comfy PJs. The hotel delivers well above its weight, considering it's small size. I whole heartedly recommend it!

Very nice for its price. Basically next to the heart of akihabara. Has a station entrance close by, but need to transfer for most places. Has a bath house.
