We reserved for a semi-double room, for 4 persons, 2 adults and 2 kids ( ages 5 and 10), but we we’re told initially that we didn’t specify it on the reservation, and we were told that we need to get another room because they won’t allow 2 small kids on the same room, we clarified our reservation, turns out that they misunderstood it, and we didn’t agree to get another room, so we ended up cramped up on a small room.

While the room was a little cozy (I'm 6'3) the room was still very comfortable and I did not feel cramped. Staff was beyond helpful and always very courteous. No onsite dining, but next door and within a couple blocks an array of great restaurants. Thanks for the recommendation!

Small room as expected in Tokyo with great price. Room is clean, well equipped with necessities and comfortable double size bed (it was called large twin bed so I was sceptical when booking it). Bottled water, clean towels and pyjamas are provided daily. Mandatory room cleaning once a week. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Close to JR yamanote line and Ginza metro. Highly recommended.

Hotel location was great. Room was small but clean. Somehow our requirement for non-smoking room was nto successfully transferred to the hotel. The staff was not flexible to change to non-smoking room although our hotels.com confirmation stated. She said that was not their problem and asked us to contact hotels ourselves. She did allow us to select a less-smelled room among three smoking rooms and offered cleaning the next morning.
