It was wonderful! It was located one story above ground level. The stairs were easy to climb. They communicated well, greeted us upon arrival, supplied us with a few snacks, sodas, and waters. Access onto the building, the apartment entry and room was done digitally. We had a beautiful view of the ocean.

Barbara was so helpful and Marybeth who keeps the place sparkling is a true gem. The location was ideal because of its proximity to the highlights of Venice yet away to escape the crowds. When in Venice next, I will definitely return.

My stay was incredible! The room and attached bathroom were very stylish, immaculately clean and well appointed. The staff were incredibly helpful! My luggage arrived the day after I checked out of the hotel. The staff waited for my luggage to be delivered the next day and contacted me so I could retrieve.
