Air conditioning was broken on our 1st night, we were moved on day 2 after technician tried to fix it for about an hour. Great room, great stay on the 3rd floor. Helpful management and staff. All my requests were accommodated. Housekeeping was excellent. Old air conditioning system in the room and minor issues on cooler nights. No microwave oven in the room.

Room was not clean at all, carpet was worn through and the wall above the toilet roll had poo on it. Bed was very old and lumpy and the window onto the street had no lock .
