The room can be upgraded since the carpet has not been cleaned there was a dark spot on the entrance the wall paper was peeled off.

Best Western Moreno Hotel & Suites
Room was easily accessible as was the elevator and ice machine. Breakfast was hot and had plenty of selections. Room was very clean, mattress was very firm. A/C was noisy but worked great.
