The staff was friendly. The spa was quaint and the massage was excellent. The jacuzzi was not functioning and there were no robes in the room. Over all the we had a nice one night stay. They comped a free dunk at the bar. I recommend having other food options or opening the restaurant earlier.

Had breakfast Sandwich and a Quiche muffin which was premade and both were tasteless. This was from the small cafe as Breakfast was over. Thought it disappointing that no food was available from 11am to 5pm from the restaurant.

All good. Wasn’t told so didn’t know housekeeping service only comes Every other day. So was Disappointed to come back second day to find beds not made etc. should be prominent information

East Norwich Inn
The room was clean and a bit updated. Very comfy bed. It was so nice to see a wonderful friendly face at check-in This has been my goto spot to stay for a couple of years now and things have been getting changed for the better.
