The floors were dirty and sticky. The shower didn't look clean. My TV had issues, and they sent a maintenance person on the second day to fix it. I had a staff member, possibly a housekeeper enter our room while we were sleeping. She said she thought she was on the third floor instead of the second... ...

The room could use a deep cleaning. Things in floor that should have been vacuumed. Toilet smelled like it needed cleaning. Balcony needed sweeping.
