Very beautiful, sleek modern building. Rooms were nice, the shower heads were amazing and the bed sheets were high quality. Internet/Wifi was a small hassel to use and then kind of slow when we got on to it. Our room did have small brown ants. They weren't harmful but they got into my wife's pastry. Overall a nice hotel with a few kinks. Hard to beat this location esp if you love parks and museums.

The hotel is in a great position for walking or catching the tram around town. The breakfast specials like an omelette take ages to arrive after ordering or not at all. The shower is in the bath so it’s slippery. The ambience is dark with minimal lighting. Overall it’s a good hotel and more reasonably priced.

This hotel is perfectly located for the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and canal trips. Our room was excellent with a canal view, and on two levels. The staff were friendly and helpful. Pleasant bar area.

The location of the property was great! The lobby was nice, however the staff were so far back, we were not greeted as we went in and out. The carpets off the elevator had bad stains which made the hotel feel dirty. We also had no place to put our luggage. While the room was a decent size, there were no shelves or luggage racks and we had to sort through our bags on the floor. We were only given water on the first day. Overall, it was an "Ok" stay. Check out was simple and staff were friendly.
